BALLET ON THE BALL

We offer specialist classes in body conditioning, that improve muscle strength, control and flexibility. For dancers, the exercises have been proven to enhance ballet technique and help students take their training to the next level but they are perfect for non-dancers too with no experience of ballet. As most of the exercises are no impact and non-weight bearing, they are usually suitable for people recovering from injuries.

Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body conditioning and strengthening program developed in Australia to help improve ballet students’ understandIng of core stability, weight placement and alignment. Exercises are performed using mostly exercise balls which help to enhance muscle memory with great results. We are certified members of PBT and licenced to teach classes, which are suitable for children from age 6 years through to adults -dancers and non-dancers.
